From the sun-drenched heel of Italy's boot comes this powerful and expressive Primitivo. The ancient vines of Manduria produce grapes of incredible concentration, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity. Deep ruby in color, this wine opens with intense aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, and Mediterranean herbs, with hints of chocolate and spice. On the palate, it's full-bodied and velvety, with soft tannins and a long, warming finish. The perfect match for our Beef Tenderloin, Boeuf Bourguignon, and aged cheeses.
