Ici et Là is located in the heart of Bucharest, in an Art Deco house on Strada Domnița Ruxandra, just a few minutes from Piața Romană and Piața Rosetti.
On the menu, the great classics of French cuisine: soupe à l’oignon gratinée, escargots à la persillade, tartare de bœuf coupé au couteau, bœuf bourguignon, foie gras maison… A flavorful cuisine, prepared from fresh ingredients and respecting traditional recipes.
Three small dining rooms, a quiet terrace and a few French songs in the background give Ici et Là all the charm and spirit of a French bistro.

Ici et Là welcomes you into three small dining rooms with a warm, intimate atmosphere, in the spirit of a French bistro. Soft lighting and a few French songs in the background create a warm, friendly and relaxed ambiance, where you simply feel good.
Our terrace
On fine days, enjoy our terrace, in peace and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A small peaceful corner in the very heart of Bucharest, for lunch or dinner outdoors. When night falls, the lights grow softer, the candles are lit and the terrace comes into its own.

Frequently asked questions
What are the opening hours?
Ici et Là is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 23:00, non-stop. Last orders are taken at 22:00. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Do I need to book?
The dining rooms are small, so we recommend booking, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can send a request from the website, call us on +40 731 453 608 or write on WhatsApp. For same-day bookings, the phone is the safest option.
Is there a terrace?
Yes. In fine weather, a quiet, intimate terrace sheltered from the bustle of the city lets you have lunch or dinner outdoors. Mention "terrace" in your booking and we will do our best.
Which dishes should I try?
The escargots in parsley butter, the gratinéed onion soup, the hand-cut beef tartare with homemade fries, the beef bourguignon and, to finish, the crème brûlée or the café gourmand. The smoked salmon and the foie gras terrine are homemade.
Are there vegetarian dishes?
Yes, a few starters and dishes without meat or fish: eggplant risotto with parmesan cream, truffle risotto, eggs mayonnaise, vegetable macédoine, French cheese selection. Please tell us about allergies when booking.
How do I get there and where can I park?
The restaurant is at 7 Strada Domnița Ruxandra, a quiet street in the city centre, about ten minutes on foot from Universitate metro station and Piața Rosetti. Parking is in the nearby streets (paid zone during the day); a taxi or ride-hailing is easiest in the evening.
Do you host groups and business meals?
Yes. The three dining rooms suit tables of 6 to 12, business lunches and family meals; a room can be reserved for your group depending on the date. Call us to discuss.
