Ingredients
New Zealand rack of lamb, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, garlic, breadcrumbs, roasted potatoes, lamb jus, sea salt, black pepper.
Preparation
Lamb is brought to room temperature, seared until golden, coated with herb crust, then roasted to medium-rare. Rested for 10 minutes before carving and serving with natural jus.
