    A taste of the French Caribbean, our Accras de Morue are light, crispy cod fritters that transport you to the sunny islands of Martinique and Guadeloupe. Made with salted cod that's been carefully desalted and flaked, mixed into a fluffy batter fragrant with Caribbean spices, fresh herbs, and a hint of chili. Fried until golden and served with our house-made Creole sauce—a vibrant condiment of tomatoes, peppers, and tropical spices. These addictive little bites are the perfect starter or apéritif snack.

    Ingredients

    Salted cod (desalted), flour, eggs, fresh chives, parsley, garlic, Scotch bonnet pepper, Creole sauce (tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, thyme, bay leaves).

    Preparation

    The salt cod is carefully desalted over 24 hours, then flaked and mixed into the batter. Fried in small batches until golden and crispy. The Creole sauce is made fresh with Caribbean aromatics.
