Ingredients
Premium fresh salmon, lime juice and zest, fresh dill, shallots, capers, extra virgin olive oil, chives, sea salt, white pepper, toast points.
Preparation
The salmon is hand-cut (never processed) into precise cubes just before serving. Gently tossed with the citrus marinade and herbs, then plated elegantly with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs.
